I was told that I would have to get another back surgery and that there was no hope for a herniated disc. I was diagnosed with arthritis of the spine, and degenerative bone disease (Osteoarthritis). I asked if there was anything I could to by changing my lifestyle and my diet, and they said there was nothing. An orthopedic surgeon told me I was to lose all flexibility, and I would end up in a wheelchair, but then I started weekly visits at the Country Clinic. I have been drug-free since that time, I don't take aspirins for anything, and if I have any symptoms, I come to the clinic. I've lost about twenty pounds, I've never felt better in my life, I'm more flexible and active, I'm pain-free. The Martins, all three of them, have given me hope. They are generous, and they are like family. I just can't say enough good things about them!
