How To Avoid Being The Frog

It’s been said that if you put a frog into a pot of boiling water, he’ll jump out immediately.  However if you put a frog into lukewarm water and slowly bring the water to a boil, the frog will never see the change until it’s too late and he’s cooked.  How unfortunate.

There are many people that I’ve seen over the years that wait until pain strikes before doing anything regarding their health.  How unfortunate.  They miss the lesser signs and symptoms.  Some of which being loss of energy, not sleeping well, chronic spinal ache and increase in weight.  These all usually happen because we begin to slack on the three primary principles that good health is focused around.

Eat nutritious.  Move dynamic.  Think extraordinary.  They are not new principles.

Keep these principles in mind each day, and if that doesn’t help then each hour, and if that doesn’t help then each minute of the day.  Don’t be one of those people that waits for the cancer diagnosis before they take their health seriously.  Don’t wait until your in so much pain that you can’t get off the living room floor.  Those are definitely “boiling water” scenarios.

Instead stay out of the water by doing healthy things, eating fruits and vegetables, walking, exercising, and great chiropractic care, and thinking healthy, productive, extraordinary thoughts.  These are simple life changing habits that make the difference between a “boiled frog” and a healthy life.
