Monday morning ROUTINE! do you have one?

Routines are the habits of your life. They will either help you in your opportunity for health or they will work against you.   Everything matters.

Imagine one person getting up in the morning and starting their day with a glass of water,  everyday,  where another person doesn't.

Imagine that that one person has a bowl of fresh fruit for breakfast, eats slowly, and spends time thinking about how much they have to be thankful for in life. Another person rushes out the door with a cup of coffee and a bagel and cream cheese that they forget to chew and devour quickly.

Does your routine send you on a journey of stress, dehydration, blood sugar ups and downs, tiredness? Does your routine result in the feeling or need for sugar or stimulants later in the day?  Is your food your stimulation?  When does it change from being a healthy routine, doing what we know would be good for our organic human system, to doing what emotionally makes us temporarily feel better?

It all starts with your Routine.  Do you have a solid understanding of what a healthy routine should look like?      You have options.
