If you are ever vacationing in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and find yourself walking along the Malecon (a boardwalk along the water in Old Town) you will encounter a man who has made it his profession attempting to find a delicate balance while stacking boulders. As you watch him you will see that it takes a great deal of strength, balance, coordination, and patience. It actually is an amazing event to behold. If you didn’t see one man doing this in front of you, you wouldn’t have thought it possible.
There is a term that everyone should know. Homeostasis. Some dictionaries define this term as “the tendency toward a relatively stable equilibrium between interdependent elements, especially as maintained by physiological processes.” It’s balance, a delicate balance in your body. That sounds nice but what truly is it?

Move dynamic. Your body was meant to move. This means globally through an active lifestyle and segmentally through chiropractic care addressing movement at the vertebral level. A sedentary life disturbs this balance.
Think extraordinary. This encompasses a desire to improve oneself and to have an attitude of servitude towards others. This is a mindset of goal setting daily and creating opportunities to succeed.
It takes a great deal of strength, coordination, and patience to achieve this delicate balance. But the rewards are a healthy, productive, inspiring life.
