It’s been said with your finances that you are mostly saving or mostly spending. That by itself is a very interesting statement and if you think about it, it is impossible to be doing both. There is no middle ground. You are either allowing your savings to accrue or you are letting your debt accrue. And furthermore one of those options involves a sense of well-being and stability and the other option is one of stress and uncertainness.
When it comes to your health, the same it true. You are either working at being healthy every day or you aren’t. And when you aren’t working on being healthy each day then you are working on not being healthy. It is an unfortunate truth. There is no middle ground here either.
When you aren’t working on your health then you are working on being sick and that road can lead to stress and uncertainness. Most people going down this road feel like they are enjoying life more because they are eating the foods that merely taste good with no nutritional value. They aren’t “wasting their time” going to the gym to exercise, and they certainly aren’t taking care of their spine and posture through chiropractic care.
When you are working on your health however, then you are moving down a road of well-being and stability. Moving down this road involves making wise choices when it comes to the foods that you eat. It involves “making” time to exercise each day. And it also involves using your body with good posture in your daily activities and seeing your chiropractor for regular maintenance adjustments on your spine.
One of these options leads to sickness and disease and the other one leads to a high quality of life. Like your finances you can only be mostly spending or mostly saving. You are mostly not working on health or mostly working on health. It depends on what is important to you.
What are you mostly doing?
