Being Prepared For Storms And Cliffs!

View Content List

Preparedness is something that needs to be done daily. One never knows when a challenge, a storm, or a dangerous cliff is in our immediate future. Someone once said to survive these kinds of risks, we would need to have a certain level of physical fitness, that one would need to be able to run 5 miles while carrying up to 50 pounds. Being prepared for life's challenges should be an ongoing daily event. How one eats, how one exercises, and if you have been following this blog, then you also know that joint health is critical. Don't put off being prepared. Don't put off your ongoing health care.

Here are some of the results from the last week in the clinic -

1. A man was starting to lose his teeth, the gums were so weak. Some people would have only looked at dentistry,  but he came in the clinic, got his neck, joint and nerves corrected, start taking omega 3's and within a few days noticed his teeth were doing much better.

2. Another case of migraine headaches improving, where she had suffered for over 20 years, and is now upset because no one had told her about Chiropractic sooner.

Everyone would do better in life if they were fit and healthy. There is lots happening at the clinic. Come to Monday Night Health Class. Thursday, November 1st is our next movie and dinner night. Ask the front desk to see if there are any seats available for that.
